Arion Aircraft, LLC developers of the beautiful, sleek and sporty Lightning is a company that grew from Jabiru USA Sport Aircraft.  While Jabiru aircraft are a very sleek and functional high wing design, the owners of Jabiru USA had a vision for a Jabiru powered, sexy and sporty aircraft.  They also felt they had the formula to satisfy the cravings of many sport pilots without having to “mortgage the farm”.   The ensuing efforts developed into a eye catching, sexy, side by side, canopy, low wing, composite aircraft that has caught the attention and won the hearts of many, including the Judges at Sun-N-Fun 2008 where the Arion demo Lightning won best composite aircraft!
